Strata Town was founded to improve the lives of people living and working within WA Strata communities.
We surveyed hundreds of people within WA to find out what their biggest challenges were with their Strata Management provider as well as their Strata Manager. What we learnt shaped the foundations of Strata Town.

Our team of experienced Strata Managers & Assistant Strata Managers are based locally here in Perth at 22 Bishop Street, Jolimont.
Each Strata Scheme is provided a dedicated Strata Manager and Assistant who deal with Strata related matters as they arise. We work alongside the Council, taking instruction from them on what’s required for your Scheme.
We also provide owners and Council members access to Town Square, our preferred Strata Management platform that allows you access to information instantly.
