FINANCIAL REPORTS

Town Square contains both snapshot as well as detailed financial reporting.

Simply log in to Town Square to view your account balances, aged arrears reporting, owner ledgers and detailed financial reports.

*Detailed financial reports are only available to the council of owners but everything else is readily available for all owners.

TICKETS

You can create a ticket in Town Square at anytime, for anything. So whether it’s a water leak, levy enquiry, noise complaint or parking dispute we’ve got you covered.

Responses to tickets are provided in real time, with email notifications to ensure you don’t miss a thing.

By simply logging into Town Square you can view to current status and relevant notes for any open ticket, saving you precious time in follow up emails and lengthy phone calls.

Real time status changes allow you to check what's happening at a glance.

Status categories can be seen below:

UNALLOCATED
Your ticket has been received but is yet to be assigned to a Strata Manager.
ASSIGNED

Your ticket has been assigned to the relevant Strata Manager by our triaging team.

WITH STRATA TOWN

With Strata Town – Your ticket is with Strata Town for action or to follow up on progress.

WITH CONTRACTOR
Your ticket is with a third party provider who are investigating/actioning your request.
WITH COUNCIL

Your ticket is awaiting action or approval from the council of owners.

WITH OWNER/CREATOR

Your ticket is awaiting something from the original creator or owner of the ticket.

ACTIONED BY STRATA TOWN

We have completed all relevant steps however we may still be waiting on a third party to finalise your ticket.

CLOSED

Your ticket has been fully addressed.
