WHAT DO I NEED TO QUALIFY?

RAC members save 15% off strata management fees at Strata Town.

If you’re already an RAC member, then getting your rebate is easy. Simply follow the steps below to enter in your RAC card information and we’ll refund your eligible rebate amount each quarter.

Not with Strata Town yet?

FOR EXISTING STRATA TOWN CUSTOMERS, ALL YOU NEED TO DO IS:

  1. Download the Strata Town mobile app and login.
  2. Click on ‘settings’ at the bottom of the screen and then select RAC Member Benefit.
  3. Enter your valid RAC membership details.
  4. Nominate a bank account for your quarterly reimbursement, then simply save your details.

Strata Town will take care of the rest! Your reimbursement amount will be deposited into your nominated bank account quarterly, and may not align with strata schemes levy payments.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Each RAC member is entitled to 15% discount off the standard “Strata Management Fee” component for one (1) property (lot) only. Valid for Strata Town clients with a valid, executed Management Agreement who connect their current RAC membership to “Town Square” at least 14 days prior to the issuing of their next levy/invoice. Discount is not retrospective. Reimbursement amount will be deposited into the nominated bank account quarterly and may not align with strata schemes levy payments. Private owners only (not valid for corporations, partnerships, trusts or any other non-private entity). Property owner name (as per Landgate “Certificate of Title”) must match valid RAC membership records. Not valid with any other special offer or discount.
