The individual acting as a proxy holder does not need to be the owner, but must be an adult with full age and capacity.
Only a proxy holder can vote on behalf of a corporate owner, such as a corporate super fund trustee.
Co-owners of a property must appoint a proxy holder to vote on their behalf, with the agreement of all co-owners. The proxy holder can be one of the co-owners.
If both the sole adult owner (not a co-owner) and their proxy holder attend/participate, only the owner is permitted to vote.
If the options provided on this form are inadequate for your needs, please seek advice.
